Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Once you have obtained the RA#, you can ship the item back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of the refund being approved, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the refund has not been posted, please contact us to investigate further.


We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, you will need to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
