The entire VT Range benefits from state of the art technical features. The āsoft startā solenoid valve is incorporated even in the standard models that lack an air dryer. The solenoid valve discharges the air pressure within the pump each time the power is switched off. This keeps the compressor from overloading and prolongs the machineās service life. The air is guaranteed to be contamination-free since the air receivers incorporated in the machines are internally coated and have anti corrosion properties.
All models comprise an Air Dryer unit which ensures the air is desert-dry 100% of the time. The temperature of the air is dramatically reduced before it enters the dryer by the multi-row fan-assisted intercooler. This process facilitates the integral coalescing filter to gather and eliminate water drops that are as small as 0.01 microns.
The machine is thus able to eliminate 99% of the moisture before the desiccant adsorption system powers the dryness down. The dryer is made out of high quality stainless steel.
